Modacrylic Fabrics are made with a synthetic copolymer, so called Modified Acrylics (ModAcrylics). The main property of Modacrylics is inherent Flame Resistance. Moreover, Modacrylic keep Flame Resistance properties even when blended with Cotton or other fiber
Due to this fact, Modacrylics are widely used for FR Clothing.
Modacrylics generally more expensive than FR-Cotton, NC or Cotton-Polyester fr-fabric.
